Melinda joined Department 56 in 1989 as one of the original members of the Consumer Services division.  Here she talked to thousands of collectors and had the opportunity to represent Department 56 by attending open houses at both retail stores and collector events throughout the U.S.  These events have given her to opportunity to meet collectors, answer their questions and provide informational seminars. 

As Manager of Consumer Services, she and her team handle all written correspondence, emails, and calls made to the Lit Town phone line.  She works with many collector-sponsored clubs and collector conventions throughout the U.S. and Canada and is the company advisor for the NCC. 

We are delighted that Melinda Seegers will be joining us.  Since this is the 30^th Anniversary of Snow Village, we might be surprised by what Department 56 brings to the Gathering!!!
